Koneechia Edwards, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
With a deep commitment to compassionate care and a dedication to lifelong learning, I strive to provide personalized, holistic healthcare to each individual I have the privilege of serving.
My journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science from Fresno Pacific University, followed by an Associate of Science in Nursing from the College of the Sequoias. I furthered my education with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, specializing in Advanced Emergency Nursing with a dual role as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including hospitalist roles at prestigious institutions such as Stanford Healthcare and Vituity (formerly CEP America) at Adventist Medical Center Hanford.
In addition to my hospitalist experience, I've also served as a primary care provider in rural health settings, managing chronic diseases, infections, and palliative care needs for acute and long-term residents. My diverse background has equipped me with a wide range of clinical skills and a deep understanding of the importance of patient-centered care. I aspire to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.
When I’m not in a clinical setting, you can find me spending time with my husband and our two children. We also spend time attending and serving through South Valley Community Church where I am also trained in Biblical Counseling.

Hannah Scheller, RN, BSN, CNS
Nurse Health Coach
Hannah was born in California and raised in the Central Valley. As part of a beautiful, boisterous family of eleven children it was only natural that among that bunch one would become the caretaker, and medical emergency attendant. After certifying as a nurse’s assistant at seventeen she began work on the medical/surgical unit at Central Valley Medical Center. She acquired her ADN at College of the Sequoias in 2008 and went on to get her BSN from California State University, Bakersfield. Hannah is a lifelong learner and educator which fueled her decision to continue and complete her master’s degree as a clinical nurse specialist in adult gerontology and nursing education at Fresno State. Years of exposure to some incredible educators ignited her passion to invest in local communities, by sharing tools to support the growth of healthy families.
Families that thrive in whole health including spiritually, emotionally, financially, mentally, and physically. The opportunities to do just this has only grown over her twenty years of in-hospital experience, including 15 as a registered nurse in the areas of medical-surgical and ER, and even more recently as a certified health coach for the past three years. She is grateful to bring that experience to Kindred Care. In the spring of 2015 she completed a one-year program in cross-cultural missions in Hungary, where she met her husband. They now live in the country of Georgia, where Hannah continues to work as a health coach and health educator. Hannah also enjoys knitting for her 30 nieces and nephews in her spare time and hiking with her husband and dog.
Irma Fain, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
With over two decades of experience working in the mental health field, I bring a deep commitment and passion for supporting individuals and families through their healing journeys. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in 2018, formalizing a long-standing career dedicated to serving diverse communities with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds, always striving to foster meaningful change and break generational cycles of trauma and dysfunction. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the potential for growth and transformation when met with understanding, respect, and the right tools for healing.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma—challenges that can be overwhelming but are also opportunities for profound personal insight and change. I use an integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. This eclectic framework allows me to support clients in understanding the roots of their struggles while also equipping them with practical skills to navigate daily life.
My work is more than a profession; it is a calling. I am honored to be a part of my clients’ journeys, witnessing their courage as they confront pain, rediscover strengths, and create new, empowered narratives for themselves and their families. My ongoing mission is to be a compassionate, skilled guide in the process of healing, growth, and positive change—one individual, one family, and one story at a time.
